By accessing, browsing, or using the Perkember website, making reservations, or entering any of our physical premises in Calgary, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services and website.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the site, including accessing data not intended for you, probing vulnerabilities, or disrupting the operation of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or accounts.

3. Reservations and Payments

When you make a reservation through our website, phone, or travel agent, you will be asked to provide valid contact and payment information. By submitting a reservation, you represent that all information is accurate and that you have the authority to make the booking. Payment for services must be completed at the time of booking or as otherwise described in the individual reservation confirmation.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, resort fees, and any incidental charges incurred during your stay. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse reservations if we suspect fraud or violation of these terms.

4. Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

Perkember operates entertainment venues that include gaming elements. To enter these gaming areas, you must be at least 18 years of age and present valid government-issued identification upon request. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and the well-being of all our guests. Our staff are trained to offer assistance and refer guests to professional counselling services should the need arise.

Please note that our gaming facilities are intended purely for entertainment, and all gaming transactions are conducted with non-negotiable chips that cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to exclude, without compensation, any individual who appears to be intoxicated or who attempts to deploy fraudulent strategies.

5. Event Ticket Policy

Tickets for our events, including the Royal Entertainment & Casino Night, may be purchased directly from our website or through authorized partners. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by Perkember. If we must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

We may photograph or film events for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you provide your consent for your image to appear in such materials, unless you notify us in writing beforehand. Please also note that third-party resale of tickets without our prior consent is invalid.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkember, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our facilities, website, or attendance at events. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the service or event in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Perkember harmless from any claims, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our property.
